Ben Williamson is a seasoned leader with over a decade of frontline experience in border protection, law enforcement, and public safety, most recently serving as Team Leader with the Australian Border Force.
With a background spanning military-style operations, stakeholder engagement, and emergency response, Ben is known for his adaptability, operational insight, and people-first leadership. He’s also an experienced AFL commentator and certified NLP practitioner, bringing energy, communication skills, and a mindset for performance to every role.
