Where is the training conducted?
At your location, anywhere, or if in Melbourne, at ours. Come and visit our purpose-built two storey scenario training village in Melbourne is like no other and provides mock environments that replicate working environments across sectors including transport (we have a full size bus!), home visits and compliance (we have two houses!) retail (we have a bar and restaurant as well as shops), health (we have a consulting suite with ward room) and of course classrooms and soft fall matted training areas.
How do you measure the effectiveness of your training programs?
It's essential to ensure training aligns with the combined goals of all stakeholders. Inquire about our evaluation methods and how we use feedback to refine and customize both current and future programs for each specific industry. QR codes each for each program ensure attendance and participant feedback is captured on the day and reports forwarded to you for review. These inform our continued course refinement and make sure we are hitting the mark.
What post-training support do you offer?
