Stephanie Lockwood is the Operations Manager at Pro-Com Consulting P/L, with over 20 years of experience in operations, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Since joining Pro-Com in 2016, she has overseen the operational delivery and management of key programs, including Ambulance Victoria’s Manual Handling and Occupational Violence Prevention Education initiatives.

Her background spans government, consultancy, and private sectors, where she has developed a strong understanding of practical operations and strategic planning. Stephanie’s approach is grounded in professionalism, clear communication, and a consistent focus on quality.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, she places a strong emphasis on effective communication and relationship-building.
