PCC has a proud history assisting the AFL with safety, compliance and security operations including providing behavioural detection support and escort services for the Toyota Grand Final parade and Grand Final events. This operational experience has provided PCC with an exclusive insight and knowledge of stadium operations and what it takes to protect the business of football and other sporting codes, those that work within those codes and the overall fan experience. Our work with the AFL has included protection services, integrity and club room security, K-9 explosive detection teams and training programs for match day managers. PCC has conducted years of operational behavioural detection and club / executive protection work across major Sporting Stadiums nationally including the MCG, Marvel Stadium Melbourne, GMHBA Stadium Geelong, Optus Stadium Perth, the Gabba Brisbane and Adelaide Oval. For the Aquatic and Recreation industry, PCC designs and delivers training to front line staff working at Leisure Centres and training facilities statewide. This includes assisting Aquatics and Recreation Victoria (ARV) and Life Saving Victoria (LSV) with the issue of managing occupational violence and aggression within their venues and environments. PCC regularly present alongside other industry experts, conduct training programs and assist educational activities including events such as the pool life-guard challenge and facilitating the emergency services panel at the LSV conference.
